Q.

I have recently stopped breast feeding as my son is about to turn 3 years in August . I was fine for a week or so but after few days I developed a small lump in my left breast (clogged milk duct). It started to pain and grew a little . I am using hot compress as suggested by the doctor. I also tried to squeeze it out a creamy milky substance came out and the process is extremely painful . To top it off I also have an inverted nipple so it’s twice the pain . Can you plz suggest me an alternative way to get the clogged milk duct cleared without squeezing it out . I also got vaccinated 5 days back . Please help me out . I am in so much pain and today it will be more than a week since the lump was formed
