#AskTheExpert i have read that calcium supplements containing calcium carbonate has side effects on a long term like kidney stones etc and one should take tablets that contain calcium citrate . can you plz advise me the best calcium tablets as I'm breastfeeding my 5 month old son ?

sonam vermaMom of 4 children1 Year agoA. mera beta 6yeras 3month ka hai and2nd baby abhi 6 month ka hai mera beta baby ko bahut pyar krta hai but jb mai nhi rahti hun toh uske muhh me toliya rakh deta hai takiya daal teda hai mai samjhati hun ki Babu ko problem ho sakti hai datati v hun fir bolta nhi krunga fir krta hai yese wo use pyar krne ke liye din bhar aata hai kiss krta hai bolta hai ye bahut cute hai

citrate has better absorption
it is important to follow the instructions advice and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem .
they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor under the influence of friends and well wishers
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification.
