i have pain in my nipples after feeding there is a white spot on my nipples

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 months agoA. Namaste MOm This mainly occurs during feeding as such for the time being to avoid wearing a bra at home or whenever possible apply some warm ghee or coconut oil onto the nipple clean the nipple after feed with a soft cloth
