#AskTheExpert what to do with sore nipples intense pain while breast feeding and could see white colour over nipples like shreded .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. U. Can use a nipple shield if you want to I think that would be a better option as of now and if the pain is too much you can start doing hot compress regularly that is also going to help quite a long otherwise you can take an opinion from a lactation
