A. Hello good evening !! Generally frequent feeds latching issues cause sore nipples for few of them. Do hot pack thrice a day and clean with soft muslin cloth after giving feed. Apply warm coconut oil on nipples and gently massage twice daily. If you have unbearable pain or sore nipples that you are unable to give feed then consult Gynaecologist .
