I have pain in below right breast .Much pain while turning on sides while sleeping,while coughing and while sneezing. Is there something serious? I went to doctor he gave some medicine but I have no relief

Sometimes these things can be associated with no but they’re very common to happen don’t worry about it so if you it is okay with you I would advise you to consult an urologist for that maybe it is a nerve related issue like I said to the doctor would be able to help you properly on this
