Q.
I have one year baby (13 months), she got fever and now the fever is reduced but she is not walking as she was used to walk before, also refusing to eat except breastfeeding, please suggest me

This is very common in babies after fever they don’t like to take a breast feed and because of weakness they are don’t want to walk. You should start doing a massage with Babyhug massage oil it will give strength to babies muscles and bones. Just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day
