I have one question mera baby 1and8 month ka hogya uska teeth abhi tak sirf 6 hi aaya ha and uska health bhi nai ban raha sb chij mei usko khilati hu phir bhi patla ha ekdum but active ha kya karna chahiye mujhe any suggestions regarding my question so please suggest me

kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3- 3.5 years.
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
