A. It can be lymph node enlargement. Does your child has dandruff or lice, or any scalp infection or throat infection

A. It would just be lipoma and nothing else which is why I am going to recommend you to consult your doctor once because without a physical assessment I cannot give you confirmation on this situation so please talk to your doctor about the situation that is there
