I have observed little red spot in my baby diaper. Even when I wiped her post pee I observed little blood cells. Its very hot in my place , so can dehydration be the issue?

No it is not because of dehydration a lot of times it could be due to either urine infection or stomach infection so you should once get a check with the doctor to have a clarity because the correct kind of medicine and antibiotics can only be suggested by the doctorWrite Your Answer Here
