I have noticed this rash like thing in my baby's arm 2 weeks back I am applying T bact ointment but it is not improving what to do is it a insect bite or not I am confused.

better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor.
can be due to vaccination too

if yes then it is normal to get it after BCG Vaccine
no worries.
just try cool pack on this
keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
dress your child in loose clothes
don't worry it alright by the time.
