I have not taken any calcium medicines since my child’s birth can I start it now. My baby is 2 month 8 days old

Yes of course you can because it’s important to take it for initial six months because you lose a lot when you deliver a child in terms of supplements and health so it’s very important for you to take proper supplements which is what is going to be healthy and important for you
