Increase protein like paneer, milk, curd, soya, eggs, chicken, oats, beans, sprouts, daal in your diet
Have more fruits and vegetables in the diet
Reduce the intake of bakery products , fried and salty food, achar, sweets and sugary drinks, sugar and extra ghee..
Water 3 to 2l per day
Workout for 45 mins daily

To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid eating rice and potatoes as they increase the weight. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
