Q.
I have marginal low lying placenta . In elastrography report it’s shows cervical is moderate soften . Last pregnancy I had cerclage history . Cerclage is not possible with low lying placenta ?

See for that your doctor only can give you a clear advice it would be difficult for me to give you a correct help on that because of all the things are going to change over the period and the regular reports are obviously going to give you a better clarity so it’s better to check with your doctor one time and clear all your doubts with that
