I have low milk supply. I am eating zandu strivada lactation milk supply daily is it safe?any side affects?

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom No there are no side-effects of it. It is good to increase breast milk so you can continue taking it. And if you are not getting sufficient made for you baby than the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk you can start giving formula milk to your baby but there is no need to give anything else till baby turned six months old.
