Q.
I have low breast milk supply.. baby latching is good. I'm taking good diet but. y not increasing I'm very depressed why I'm not giving breast milk. what can I do? Formula is good for babies all are saying bottle milk is not good what can I do if the milk is not there

Don't get depressed as it's not your fault and many mother's suffer with this problem and it's not in your hand as you have tried all the options I m sure, secondly when baby is less then one year then you should give either breastfeeding or formula milk,don't listen to people as formula milk is good for babies when there is less breast milk.
