i have loose 8 kg weight after deleivery. what shoul i do. and what eould be reason.

If your energy intake is lower and the energy used by the body is more than the weight gain is faster
Check your BMI if it is in the normal healthy range then do not worry
Have a healthy diet so that you do not face any nutrient deficiencies or do not feel weak
If experiencing health problems and fatigue consult doctor
