I have little discomfort in my left chest ,hand ,arm and back for last one week ...the pain is not worse ..it is mild and sometimes like numbness..I have slight burning sensation and pain on upper side of stomach..I have trouble in breathing and can't able to sleep during night time...what's the reason?

A. please consult a Doctor it needs proper evaluation which is very important Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
