I have lite back pain in 2nd month of pregnancy is it normal?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 days agoA. You should take rest avoid forward bending and long standing hours and take hot water bag and rest well and avoid lifting any heavy objects and eat a healthy nutritious diet

A lot of women can have pain in the early stage of the pregnancy which is normal but it’s very early to feel this kind of pain I would recommend you to check with your doctor they suggested to apply some ointment followed by warm compress which will help
