I have just started giving cerelac for my twins who are 6months old now. At present giving it only one time a day. When can I increase it to twice and thrice a day. And in what quantity should I be giving it

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 months agoA. Namaste Mom Yes it is good to start one time a day in small katorie or say 1 scoop as such As they are accepting it well enough you can then gradually increase the quantity and number of meals Prefer home cooked fresh foods and natural foods
