Q.
I have irregular periods having an history of PCOD, after my baby turned I got my periods on track but from two months I missed my periods, my pregnancy is negative, when checked with doctor, have prescribed these tablets 1) deviry for five days 2)dronis 30 (pack 21 for two months) 3)from September onwards PCO max will these help in periods ? will these lead to weight gain as I am already finding difficult to. reduce weight post pregnancy

You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
