Q.

I have high (near 50) tsh level. presently j am not taking medicine.what should I do?

A. Hello ma’am It is recommended to start with medicine for thyroid as soon as you detect it is there because otherwise you may start giving your weight and body obnoxiously because of that so I was just simply advise you to consult your doctor and start with a medicine and exercise for the same
