First of all wear soft cotton loose fitted clothes avoid wearing bra all day and clean the area with water and add neem leaves to the water and then wash the rash areas and ypu can apply powder as it soaks sweat and drink more water have coconut water nimbupaani have watery fruits and add katira gond in nimbu paani
