I have got covaxin vaccine last week and breastfeeding my baby. today my baby got fever so is it because of the vaccine?

A. usually it is not due to vaccine but if it is mild fever you just keep him hydrated give Paracetamol drops if fever increases you all should get yourself tested for covid-19
