A. Persistent backache for a month could be caused by various factors, including: 1. **Posture Issues**: Poor posture, especially while sitting or lifting, can strain the back muscles. 2. **Muscle Strain**: Overexertion or incorrect lifting techniques can lead to muscle strain. 3. **Inactivity**: Prolonged periods of sitting or inactivity can contribute to back pain. 4. **Pregnancy-Related Changes**: If you're postpartum, changes in body weight and posture can affect your back. 5. **Spinal Conditions**: Issues like herniated discs, scoliosis, or arthritis might cause back pain. 6. **Injury**: Any recent injury or trauma could be a factor. If the pain persists or worsens, it’s important to consult a healthcare provider to diagnose the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment. They may recommend physical therapy, medications, or other interventions based on the diagnosis.
