#AskTheExpert My daughter will be 5 years this July. she sometimes complains of backache. Wanted to know as what can be the reason. She was a premature baby. I delivered after 32 weeks.

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
