I have given normal birth and I'm a first time mother it's been 4 months and my periods haven't arrived yet is it usually normal or should I be worried ?

A. See a woman do not get period sometimes for a very long relation after their delivery it could be 18 months to 2 years of time so don’t worry about it whenever your body is ready to have your periods you will have them then there is no problem
