I have given colistop suspension but after taking it my baby vomitted do I have to give a redose

Hello ma’am If your child vomited after two or five minutes after of taking the medicine then no need because the child has already taken the medicine into the stomach so the medicine is going to do its work so don’t worry about it and you don’t need to repeat it
