You can give 200 MG of course and 5ML in the night and 5ML after 14 days this is how you’re supposed to give this one course of medication with the gap of 14 days and that is given up to the age of 9 to 10 years of age like this and after the age of 2 1/2 years it is going to be 400 MG and you can repeat it in the same way every six months if you need
