I have gained 16 kgs in 7 months of pregnancy. I am worried. What should I do?

A. If you have a gained 16 kgs is all of a sudden in a single month then definitely doesn’t matter of concern and we have to rule out preeclampsia and also diabetes complicating pregnancyWrite Your Answer Here

A. Women gain more weight in the final months of pregnancy than they do in the first few months. This isn't only due to the weight of the growing baby. Much of the weight gained is extra fluid (water) in the body. This is needed for things like the baby's circulation, the placenta and the amniotic fluid.
