I have fever..I breastfeed my baby. will she also get fever?

It does not have any bad effect on ur baby
Take medication as per ur doctors advice
Keep urself well hydrated
Continue to give exclusive breast feed ur baby as per baby's demand
Stay with ur baby only

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl6 years agoA. It's better to consult with your doctor and decide regarding the same. -You can have mild antibiotics for normal cold fever n all. Through breastmilk illness cannot pass through baby. So no chances of baby getting affedre
