ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes you can breast feed the baby in fever take paracetamol and take good rest just take care of few things wash your hands before handling the baby and cover your mouth and nose of cold or cough

you take care of yourself
keep your self well hydrated increase the water intake
you can take paracetamol or dolo 650
