A. felt sleepy all time after delivery.. this is common dear.. try to take rest as much possible for you. have healthy and balance diet.. continue with the pre natal supplements as iron calcium vitamin till six months.. consulting your doctor..

Though with all the complications in pregnancy from bed rest for 4months to neonatal jaundice situation I always heard you saying mom don't worry I will be with you soon in your hands to enjoy all your kisses.  I want to see my bro who daily spoke to me when I was inside you. I was aware these are all my mind speaking these to me but I liked them as they told you are my strength. I somehow new you are a little girl in me and I decided that day your name will be Aadhya - ma Durga,first power. Mumma loves you alot my sweetheart.
