I have exclusively breast fed my baby for 45 days with inverted nipples. now due to choice I'm opting for formula milk. which is better aptamil gold or enfamil?

Aptmil would be better but if you have an option of feeding the child then you should continue with that actually that’s much much better for first six months and if you have an issue you cannot feed then of course you can shift to any formula of your choice
