Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can bef given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine gedneral you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

In This case I will advise you to express your breast feeding with the help of a breast pump and that is what you should be giving to the child because breastfeeding directly is going to be painful in this case so try using a nipple shield or go ahead with feeding with a bottle
