Q.

I have excessive hairfall after 3 months of delivery... Hair loss is so much that scalp can easily be seen at some points like templeheads. what to do.. should I consult a doctor? willy hair regrow itself??

A. Hi, Hair fall after delivery is a temporary issue. So nothing to worry about it much. Have a healthy diet food and take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Walk around the house for about 20 minutes slowly which keeps you fit. Apply oil to hair and gently massage leave it for an hour and take bath. Use lukewarm water to take head bath always. Avoid too much of hot water. Repeat this once in a week. Expose yourself to sunlight for about half an hour in a day. Take iron and calcium supplements until one year without fail as a breastfeeding mom it is very important.Write Your Answer Here
