i have excessive bleeding on 2 nd day of my periods pls suggest a remedy.

A. for pain you can take tab paracetamol and if not improving tab meftal spas. go for hogt water compression and avoid excessive walking and physical activity. if not improving meet dr for examination and other medicinefs.
