I have done many tests sir but there is no error or problem You say something sir we don't understand what we have to do nextSir, my baby is not gaining weight at all and I don't know what to do, even after following a diet plan, there is no weight or body improvement.

Okay so you have not given on the all the clarity that would be required but I would just recommend you to go for giving iron and multivitamin supplement for the child along with that also you should give more of protein rich diet to the child egg yellow chicken fish those things should be given to the child for better still if nothing works out then you may have to go for further testing to know why your child is not gaining weight
