I have diagnosed with gall stone during my ultra sound of my pregnancy .previous month I had my delivery after that I get severe pain in my upper abdomen and pain goes up to rib also....when I detected gallstone it was 9mm with some small stones are their and recently I gone through ultra sound after delivery it is reduce to 7mm...as their reduction in gall stone is it a chance of getting dissolve and kindly suggest why this severe pain is happening is it due to gas or gall stone ..kindly suggest how to get rid of this severe pain...
