I am 39.6 yr old. My first was born in 2023. I am expecting again. Doctor diagnosed stone of 9.5mm in gall bladder. Need diet suggestions.

See now nothing can be done as you are pregnant and if it us not causing any pain and discomfort then no need to do anything just in your diet include mire fibre rich foods and gave more fruits and vegetables reduce your oil intake and even less desi ghee
