Q.
I have delivered my baby girl through the c section. Now she is of 3.5 months but I still feel pain in my belly fat, back legs and having body pain sometimes. I'm doing all household work and seeing my baby without lifting heavy things. And I'm still having huge belly fat and it looks like I'm still pregnant. What should I do?

Maam stomach does not talk inside on its own you will have to go ahead with workout and diet when you want to lose your weight you may have not use the belt that is why your stomach has become more saggy the belt helps in avoiding the saggy mess in the tummy
