Q.

I have delivered baby through forceps delivery . episiotomy stitches didn't healed even after 55 days. dr said that the suture material used didn't suited my body she opened the stitches and done something with copper sulphate even though there is no change so on this Monday she opened it again and removed an unhealthy tissue and done stitches again with catgut material. how long it take to heal the stitches and is there any other way to heal it. it's almost 2 months now and I can't bear this anymore please help me

A. I know it’s a bit difficult to handle all this. This rarely happens. Under antibiotic cover you must be healed within 15 days max while early healing is also possible. Take high protein diet and vitamin c regularly
