Q.
I have delivered baby in December and now I am facing issue for mother feed. Can u suggest how to increase the milk .

Hello,if you have less milk supply then you should include cumin,garlic, fenugreek, sabudana and papaya in your diet and keep yourself hydrated and dri k lots of lots of water and other liquids and more you feed your baby more milk supply will increase,and don't stress yourself and take proper rest and sleep.
