I have delivered baby girl before 9 months by V section. still my periods are not came but we want to plan for second baby. is this safe for my health?

A. periods may remain anytime in between one year after delivery you don't need to take any medication for that that maintain a Healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and adequate water intake for planning about second pregnancy if you had normal delivery yes you can plan but in case if you had C section you need to have a gap of at least 1.5 years

A. If you are breastfeeding your baby, your periods may not return for several months after childbirth. This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
