Q.

I have cracked nipples on both side but on one side pain is unbearable during and after feeding. And breast feels heavy even after feeding. Any remedies does it affect milk supply

A. u can apply nipcare ointment on the nipples use nipple shield to feed the baby For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Its Mostly due to engorgement of the breast sometimes when the milk is there more in the breast and the feeding is less milk actually is there and it becomes very tight in the breast which is why you feel that heaviness and Titus in the press start being hot compress that’s going to relieve the pain
