Q.
I have consumed galact granules for one week after delivery n stoped it now as i am able to produce enough milk Is it ok to stop or should i start taking it again

If you are getting sufficient milk to feed your baby then there is no need to continue taking it. You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. And once you feel that you are not getting enough milk then you can start taking it again
