as I can't drink milk can I take galact granules with warm water?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes can take it with warm water.. no problem. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding to increase breast milk supply
