as you are getting constant Pain , please consult your gynecologist for once.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
avoid drinking RO water.
don't sit or stand for long period.
don't hang your legs while sitting.
place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
maintain good hygiene
