Q.

I have before 10 to 15 days of periods ,it causes me vomiting atleast 1 time every month, will you help me what is the reason and it's remeady,?

A. It also seems to be clashing with your ovulation period

A. Hello dear You might be experiencing premenstrual syndrome or P M S where due to hormonal changes you might have symptoms like this. You can give a trail of hormonal pills to see if this changes

Some Women do I have the signed before their approaching for their periods it is considered normal like a week prior if it starts maybe 3 to 4 days prior but if it is happening after every 15 days and you should get it checked with your gynaecologist was because she would be able to guide you well on this
