I have been giving my child Lactogen 2 from the 2nd week of June 2022 and suddenly his loose motion has started.. The loose motion is continued from the last 15 days.. please tell me what to do

A. infectionFurther kk vIt is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
